Michelle Waterson, and her daughter, continued their media rounds on Thursday at Fight Night Kansas City’s Open Workouts. Waterson gave some inspirational advice for moms and talks about her personal balance between being a mom and a fighter.

She also reminds people of her past success fighting in Kansas City.
