With the cancellation of UFC events, Dana White today posted a picture via his Instagram page of a UFC 249 Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Tony Ferguson fighting on the moon. While it was shared with humor, Dana White has a strong belief that UFC 249 will occur as planned and hopes the rest of the events will follow suit.
One of the fights taking place in Oklahoma City on May 2nd is a featured Featherweight match between Bryce Mitchell and Charles Rosa. This fight is absolutely one of the best, most underrated, fights on the UFC calendar.
Bryce “Thug Nasty” Mitchell is an undefeated fighter and has ample amount of skills inside the octagon. Where Bryce’s shines the most might even be outside the octagon. Bryce has publicly discussed the President of the United States, received custom Reebok shorts, calling out for performance of the night to just name a few. After his phenomenal twister finish in his last victory, that earned Bryce Thug Nasty 2019 submission of the year, he is ready for a major step up in competition (cue Charles Rosa’s music).
Charles “Boston Strong” Rosa is one of the toughest Featherweights in the UFC. The 33-year-old, tough as nails Rosa, has been through injuries over the last couple of years, but at UFC on ESPN 6 in Boston, Charles Rosa made a loud Boston statement. Charles earned a first round submission against a game Manny Bermudez and is eager to get back inside the octagon. With a win, Rosa will catapult himself into a major role in the Featherweight division.
