At UFC 236, we all became witnesses of The Last Stylebender Era. Israel Adesanya become the Interim middleweight champion by defeating Kelvin Gastelum at UFC 236. Israel Adesanya won by epic fashion in a fight of the year candidate. The fight between these 2 gladiators was a roller coaster of highs and lows for both fighters. Kelvin Gastelum used his pace and heavy hands to test The Last Stylebender. Israel used every tool in the tool box to defeat Kelvin by unanimous decision. But, maybe what Israel proved to the UFC universe the most, was his heart & grit. The UFC universe knew Israel Adesanya was a brilliant striker who could knockout any middleweight at any time but, we were not sure he could have a war for 25 minutes. That question is now answered, Israel Adesanya put on an all time championship performance.
