The Professional Fight Leauge is a toddler in the Mix Martial Arts world, but today just became a celebrity child star that made it big! The PFL inked a two year deal with ESPN. The PFL will air on ESPN’s broadcasting channels also on their streaming platforms. The PFL regular season will start May 9th and will run on ESPN 2 during the summer ending with their season finale live streaming across the world on New Year’s Eve 2019.

The PFL came out swinging right out the gate with their unique regular season and playoff structure. Another big reason why PFL got this mega deal with ESPN is two names Kayla Harrison and Alex Nicholson. Kayla is a two time Olympic Gold Medalist in Judo and was 3-0 last year under the Professional Fight League Banner. Kayla has superstar written all over her and has similar traits to the Ronda Rousey, who was a trailblazer for women’s MMA. Alex Nicholson had the biggest highlight for the company in it’s freshman year with a flying knee KO that the world is still talking about. Alex a veteran in the MMA game has been in 20 professional MMA fights, fought for the UFC and now it’s his time to shine and become the face of the PFL which you can soon watch on ESPN!
