Has Kamaru Usman earned him a Super Fight?

Kamaru Usman defended his UFC Welterweight Championship at UFC 245 vs Colby Covington in dramatic fashion. Kamaru who has a 16-1 professional record and is undefeated in the UFC had a career defining win against bitter rival Colby Covington.
Over the last 2 years the UFC has been putting on humongous Super Fights that crosses weight classes and rankings. The UFC loves this model of a super fights to create buzz, pay per view buys and create history. The definition of “super fight” is Super fights are between two fighters who people argue day and night about which one is the goat.

Kamaru Usman is the undisputed king of the welterweight division and now the million dollar question is, who is next? The UFC could easily match the biggest star in the company Jorge Masvidal or top rank welterweight contender Leon Edwards but, could we see Usman in a Super Fight next? The UFC could always throw the “Notorious” Conor McGregor at him if he gets through Cowboy Cerrone. The UFC could try to pull George St. Pierre out of retirement in a generational welterweight super fight. Going into 2020 the UFC and Kamaru Usman has a lot of options to pick from and we know it’s going to be Bananas!
