On a Friday night in Pensacola, Florida you never know what you might get. After the weigh Ins of the Dean Toole Promotions show that Phil “Fresh Prince” Rowe is grappling on, he went to go to the local gym to get in some work. That work Phil Rowe got was an electric boxing sparring session with local undefeated boxer Devin Cushing. Devin Cushing is one of the tremendous young boxing prospects in the industry.
