After UFC 244, What’s Next for Jorge Masvidal

This Saturday night at UFC 244 in New York City, Jorge Masvidal is in the Main Event vs Nate Diaz. Jorge vs Nate is a fight fans dream match with the “BMF” title on the line. With all of the UFC universe  eyes on UFC 244, what is going to be next for Masvidal? Jorge who is the #3 welterweight contender in the world with a ton of momentum behind him the easy answer is the UFC welterweight title fight. A Jorge Masvidal title fight against the champion Kamaru Usman would be great business for both men and the company. A title fight against newly crowned champion and ex best friend Colby Covington would be amazing business! But, let me throw two other options for you. First would be against Leon Edwards who is now the #4 contender. Jorge has built in history with Leon Edwards (2 piece & a soda) and they could make a whole show for this fight in Miami in early 2020. Second is Conor McGregor, with news last week of Nate Diaz being out of the fight, the first name the masses threw out was Conor. Jorge Masvidal a BMF is all about money & moments and what would be bigger than smashing Conor McGregor and becoming the biggest star in the UFC.
